Free Flow Power is developing two Projects at navigation locks and dams on the Ohio River: Emsworth Lock and Dam and Emsworth Back Channel Lock and Dam. These two structures are located in suburban Pittsburgh, PA and are separated from one another by Neville Island. Together, the Emsworth Locks and Dams will have a nameplate capacity of 65.4 MW and will produce 282.6 GWh annually.
