Free Flow Power is currently developing several pumped storage hydroelectric project sites in central and eastern Tennessee. The Keaton Creek Pumped Storage Project would utilize a new dam in a small valley to impound the upper reservoir and a second new dam placed in a small valley to impound the lower reservoir.
